EasyAppoint is a cloud-based appointment scheduling and business management platform designed for studios, salons, and service-based businesses. The Service includes:

Customer relationship management
Employee management and scheduling
Revenue tracking and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use EasyAppoint, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

EasyAppoint is offered as a subscription service with various billing cycles (3, 6, or 12 months). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paddle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Upload malicious code or content
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we process it only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and we will notify users when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

EasyAppoint and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EasyAppoint and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyAppoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
